Please read these Terms carefully before using Soulor AI. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service. Your continued use of the service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

1. The Service

Soulor AI provides an AI companion platform that allows users to interact with AI characters through text, voice, and simulation features. The service includes Companion Mode, Simulation Mode, and related wellness tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Soulor AI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate our AI models or system prompts
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or constitutes hate speech
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use automated means to access the service without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI Disclaimer

Soulor AI is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, legal counsel, or any other professional service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and act on AI responses.

6. Subscription & Payments

Soulor AI offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Soulor AI name, logo, interface design, and underlying technology are owned by Soulor AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Privacy & Data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulor AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
